6 Months!

Nick and I celebrated our 6 month anniversary today!!! I made him this REALLY cute card, we went out to lunch at YUMMY Chipolte, I made Chicken Alfredo ( homemade I might add), and then we just enjoyed each others company. I always love Monday nights because we can have our Family Home Evenings! This one was fun because we were celebrating too!!! It was so cute, when I got home he had already put my anniversary roses into our vase! He is so cute! We are definatly ready for the Holidays...I'm already putting my list together for what I want St. Nicholas to bring me!!! I sure do love the guy!

We had a baby!!!

Okay, well WE didn't have a baby, but it felt like it! My best girlfriend Camilla had her baby boy on Friday morning! They named him Kayden Ryan Workman. I was lucky enough to go visit her in the hospital and hold little Kayden! He is such a sweet little thing. I have never had someone really close to me have a baby before. It was so amazing to see this little man who had been inside her belly for so long, and then he was just...here! I am so happy for Camilla and Ryan and I know they will be great paretns to our little Kayden! I am also proud to be known as "Aunt Kristen" to this little person. Camilla can't eat chocolate, so I will be the cool "older" person he knows who will always have chocolate for him!!! It was a GREAT experience to be there and hold this precious little spirit.

Ironwood Ridge vs Mt View!!!

Well, this blog was supposed to be a blog that bad mouthed IronWood Ride because they WERE to lose to Mt. View...no can do though!!! They KILLED us and it was so sad for those little highschool boys! It was fun however, to see Unle Kenny and to sit by my parents. Nick was invited back to play in a " Mt. View ALumni basketball game. So, we were at that dinner before the game and got two free tickets into the football game. It was fun goofing around with Ken and Larry! It was so nice outside...we even had to wear our jackets!!!

Halloween 2007

So, for Halloween this year I was a DEVIL, and Nick was........ASLEEP!!! Poor man only was able to get about 3 hours of sleep the night before and was completely out of it! So, we will have to wait for next year to see Nicholas all spooked up! BUT, I dressed up for Halloween, it was only to my work, but I still had a lot of fun. The gals I work with dressed up as biker chicks, and as you can see, they pulled it off quiet well! I am gonna have to say this month of October has been a good one, I have watched " It's the Great Pumkin Charlie Brown" about 15 times while baking and doing other fun things! We, ( especially Nicholas) are so excited about Thanksgiving!
PS- I was really proud of the decorations I put together for my work!!! Look at that big spider dangling from the roof!!! SCARY!! All the little kids were totally scared of it and thought it was real!
